Step 1

Marine epoxy primer is applied to the damaged wood. The primer soaks into the wood, causing it to harden.

Here is an example of a severely damaged windowsill that will be completely restored. 

For this project all work was done on site, without removing the window. The following photos demonstrate step-by-step the technique I use.
